Individualised & Small Group Fitness Training

 

I have a small but well equipped gym concentrating on functional movement. The training is personalised to the individual needs of clients and therefore I limit class sizes to one - three persons. My clients are all ages and and at various stages of their fitness journey - I have worked with people who have never touched gym equipment before, to professional athletes.

 

I have undertaken significant professional development in rehabilitation training and therefore there is a focus on perfecting technique to assist clients recovering from injury.

Relaxation, Sports & Remedial Massage

 

Whether you're looking to escape the stress of your busy lifestyle for an hour, pre or post sports treatments, improving posture or treatment of painful musculo-skeletal issues I have the massage treatment for you.

 

I have undertaken professional development courses in shoulder, neck, back, hip and jaw dysfunctions.

 

For those looking for assistance with sporting performance or postural correction I am also an authorised Rocktape practitioner.

Meet Tim

After a long career in Vocational Education and Engineering I decided on a change in career. Enrolling in a Certificate IV in Fitness/Master Trainer at the Australian Institute of Fitness (AIF) I graduated in 2014 as course champion. Despite this I felt I didn't know anywhere near enough about the human body to do the job as a fitness trainer properly. So I immediately enrolled in a Diploma in Remedial Massage, again at the AIF graduating in 2015. Since achieving my qualifications I have relentlessly pursued a path of professional development undertaking many additional courses and qualifications.

 

I am a life member of the Mount Barker United Soccer Club and was the strength and conditioning coach for the 2017 season.

 

The knowledge and experience I have gained allows me to have the privilege of being able to tailor the treatment and training to the individuals needs.
